The Paschal's story began with two brothers, a vision, and a belief in what was possible. What they built became much more than a restaurant — Paschal's became a place where business, community, culture, and history came together.
Today, The Paschal's Legacy Foundation seeks to carry that entrepreneurial legacy forward by investing in the next generation of owners, builders, and leaders.
The next generation
To educate, empower, and create economic opportunities for underserved and inner-city youth through entrepreneurship, financial education, mentorship, hospitality training, and exposure to business ownership.
We believe young people need more than encouragement to dream big. They need access to the knowledge, people, experiences, and opportunities that can help them turn those dreams into something tangible.
What We Do
Our vision goes beyond traditional scholarships and workforce development. We want young people to understand how businesses are created, operated, financed, marketed, and grown.
Through educational programs, mentorship, paid training, financial literacy, entrepreneurship development, and real-world business experiences, the Foundation helps young people build skills they can carry throughout their lives.
The historic Paschal's legacy gives us a unique opportunity to use hospitality and entrepreneurship as a living classroom — connecting what young people learn with real-world experience.
